Regular bike service by our professional mechanics, David and Jamie, increases the longevity of your bike as well as your riding pleasure. It also helps prevent unexpected, avoidable service costs.
Our mechanics treat every bicycle as if it was their own so our attention to detail is second to none.
David is our Head Mechanic and has been with Altitude from the very start. He has over 34 years experience working with all types of bikes. David is a keen road cyclist and you can be sure your bike is in good hands with him.
Jamie is our second senior mechanic and he now has over five years experience working in Altitude. Jamie specialises in working on Shimano Di2 and hydraulic systems as well as Bosch motors. He has competed in road racing and more recently has switched to mountain biking.
