Corona Virus Statement

Following the latest governement guidance issued on March 27th, the store is now closed until April 14th.

Following the guidance ...

During this time we continue to offer an emergency call out and delivery service. Until further guidance is issued we take this to mean that we are available to assist anyone who requires their bicycle to cycle to and from work, where the place of work is listed as an essential service. All exercise is limited to within 2km of your home and is meant to be brief - we do not read this to include cycling for fitness or leisure. In cases where you request our call out or delivery service we will ask you to confirm that you fulfil the criteria set out above in case our delivery van is stopped by Gardaí.

Support your Local Shops ...

Not just bike shops, but all your local shops. We will all need your support in the coming months. Think local.

We can still help ...

If you require assistance, please use our email or text only to 087 1172792. We will not be taking incoming calls until April 14th. All emails and texts will be responded to.

As the current situation is a rapidly changing one, we will keep you updated with changes as they occur.

Best wishes from the team here at Altitude.
