Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Fuss-free Returns

Obviously we want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us, whether online or in store. Please do not remove labels from products or dispose of packaging while you are making up your mind as this may affect your ability to return an item. If you choose to return an item it must reach us in original unused condition with all labels attached and any packaging that may have formed part of the item i.e. boxed goods. At all times your statutory rights are protected.

MAKING A RETURN

In the event that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return any item or items within 14 days of the dispatch date and, following inspection of the product, we will refund you for the cost of the item minus the outgoing delivery charge (minimum charge €5.99) via the original payment method used. Please note that the cost of return is not the responsibility of Altitude. We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind’ returns outside of this period. Goods may also be returned in person to our store.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable where we will refund the amount for the item however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.

The FX Sport SL 6 is an ultra-light and fast fitness bike, offering every performance feature of a high-end road bike with the added benefit of flat handlebars for additional comfort and control.

A lightweight 400 Series OCLV Carbon frame, wireless electronic SRAM shifting, and Bontrager carbon wheels make it the best choice for serious fitness riders with serious goals. This bike can hold its own with any road bike out there, allowing you to keep up with faster group rides, put on more miles, and set new personal records.

It features a lightweight 400 Series OCLV Carbon frame with a carbon fork, a wireless electronic SRAM Apex XPLR AXS 12-speed drivetrain with a wide range of gearing, and hydraulic disc brakes. The hydraulic brake cables are routed internally, protecting them from the elements and adding to the bike's sleek look. The lightweight Bontrager Aeolus Elite 35 carbon wheel set comes with high-quality tubeless-ready Bontrager GR1 Team Issue gravel tyres, and the vibration-absorbing handlebar includes ergonomic grips.
