Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Fuss-free Returns

Obviously we want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us, whether online or in store. Please do not remove labels from products or dispose of packaging while you are making up your mind as this may affect your ability to return an item. If you choose to return an item it must reach us in original unused condition with all labels attached and any packaging that may have formed part of the item i.e. boxed goods. At all times your statutory rights are protected.

MAKING A RETURN

In the event that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return any item or items within 14 days of the dispatch date and, following inspection of the product, we will refund you for the cost of the item minus the outgoing delivery charge (minimum charge €5.99) via the original payment method used. Please note that the cost of return is not the responsibility of Altitude. We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind’ returns outside of this period. Goods may also be returned in person to our store.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable where we will refund the amount for the item however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.

The Domane+ ALR 5 is an aluminium electric road bike offering a smooth, quiet, and natural-feeling boost for long rides and big climbs.

Its TQ HPR60 motor provides plenty of support and pairs with a SRAM Apex 12-speed drivetrain for clean, consistent shifts. The industry-leading TQ HPR60 motor is ultra-compact, whisper-quiet, and offers a natural-feeling assist up to 25 km/h (28 mph in the US) with three assist mode options.

The Domane+ features a stable Road Endurance geometry that is slightly more upright to keep you fast and comfortable on all-day adventures. Room for up to 40 mm tyres (as measured) lets you venture from tarmac to light gravel in comfort and confidence.

The Domane+ ALR features a durable and economical aluminium frame made with lower-emission aluminium. Starting in 2024, Trek began removing high-emission aluminium from manufacturing and replacing it with low-emission aluminium made with renewable energy. By October 2025, nearly every alloy bike Trek makes, including this one, will have made the switch, driving a major drop in the brand's footprint.

The Trek Central app seamlessly connects to the Domane+ for real-time range calculations, activity tracking, and customised motor tuning. Plus, navigation and mapping features help you stay on course wherever you ride.
